Day 1: Amboseli national park 

Upon arrival in Kenya, you will drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch. You can spend the afternoon at leisure. In the late afternoon, you will go for your first game drive. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging African elephants and other wildlife species. The ecosystem is mainly savannah grassland spread across the Kenya-Tanzania border. Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet the Masai and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and freestanding mountain in the world. Even though the majestic Kilimanjaro is located in Tanzania, the best view of it is in Amboseli National Park, strategically located at the foot of the mountain. From the prehistoric site of Observation Hill, the sunset over Mount Kilimanjaro is magnificent. Kibo safari camp

 Day 2: Lake Naivasha

 After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Naivasha in good time for lunch. In the afternoon depart for crescent lake Game Sanctuary – a peninsula or island on the eastern side of Lake Naivasha. A short boat trip from the mainland out into Lake Naivasha gives you access to the unique Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary. There is also possibility to access it by road passing through the “Horse Riding Complex” A wide variety of wildlife, bird life and flora lives quite freely out there and as there are no predators to be found, quite happily as well. There is a lot of easy to see game e.g. giraffes, waterbucks, cre elands, wildebeests, zebras and impalas. It is also a heaven for birds with + 200 species recorded.  Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park while enjoying the breathtaking scenery that makes the landscape of the Great Rift Valley. Next, you will have a brief stop at the Subukia viewpoint. You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at the lodge after lunch. Finally, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay. Lake Nakuru is one of the Great Rift Valley lakes at an elevation of 1,754m (5,755 ft) above sea level.
It lies to the south of Nakuru, in Kenya’s rift valley, and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake’s abundance of algae attracts a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lines the shore. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons, and other large mammals. Eastern black and southern white rhinos have also been introduced in this area.

 Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve

 After breakfast, check out and drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve via Narok. Upon arrival, you will commence with a game drive. Next, you will check in and have lunch at the camp. An afternoon game drive follows as you return to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay. Enjoy this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience in the vast Masai Mara plains.

 Day 5: Masai Mara National Reserve

 After breakfast at the camp, you will proceed for a morning game drive. You will carry lunch boxes to enjoy during the day. In the afternoon, embark on an afternoon game drive until sunset. You can also visit a Maasai village (payment for this tour is at the village). Your dinner and overnight stay are at the camp.

 Day 6: Maasai mara – Nairobi

 Enjoy a sunrise game drive and breakfast at the lodge. Then, you will be transferred to Nairobi for lunch and have a chance to shop for souvenirs. Finally, you will be dropped off at the airport.

When booking your holiday directly with Golden Oriole Adventures Ltd Kenya or with your travel agent, please quote the tour number or your own specialized itinerary, intended date for arrival and departure, number of people traveling and sleeping arrangements. This will ensure that our arrangements are to your satisfaction. A 60% deposit is required for confirmation 3 months before intended departure with the balance to be settled 30 days before arrival prior to commencement of the tour. We will receipt your money, thereby confirming your safari. If a reservation is made less 3 months of departure, the entire amount must be made at the time of confirmation.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs in writing 60 days prior to commencement of a safari. Refund on all pre-paid money will be based on cancellation fees levied by hotels and lodges. Generally, there is a 50% charge on cancellation within 14- 35days, 75% charge within 2 - 14 days, and 100% charge within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid.
